Job Description
We are looking for a creative Marketing Manager to work closely with our executive team to support the planning, execution, and optimization of comprehensive marketing strategies, to drive qualified website traffic and event attendance, to generate quality leads, all using a full range of direct and digital marketing channels.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things digital marketing, be tech-savvy and intuitive, with great ideas to reinforce our marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Campaigns:
Create and execute multi-channel ABM marketing initiatives that include segmentation, content, testing, and campaign analysis.
Ensure persuasive calls-to-action, proper form and templates, editing and proofreading, message relevancy to audiences and segments.
QA CRM list data such as de-duplicating, and cross-referencing against other data sources and marketing automation workflows
Work with management to review campaign performance KPIs; provide feedback and recommend solutions for improvements.
Website and Digital Presence:
Track website performance and effectiveness, reporting on the agreed key indicators;
Perform A/B and usability testing focused on conversion rate optimization;
Create landing pages and optimize existing ones
Participate in the optimization of the website for search engines (on-page and off-page);
Ensure effective presence in key 3rd party websites, including software and company review sites and communities.
Events:
Coordinate the definition, scheduling, and delivery of live events, online webinars, and digital workshops;
Coordinate the creation of event materials and content;
Manage events in collaboration with presenters, including pre-event activities to increase attendance, and post-event communication and follow-ups to maximize return.
PR & Communication:
Be actively involved in the daily management of PR Agencies;
Coordinate the content plan and schedule in association with the executive team, PR team, and other external agencies;
Implement the Social Media strategy and manage the presence in Social Media channels;
Publish content on blog, hub, social media channels and groups.
Job Requirements:
5+ years experience in Marketing;
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism, Communications, or other relevant subjects;
English competency is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Proven experience leading digital marketing campaigns, managing social media, PR and communications;
Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics; CRM systems, marketing automation tools like Hubspot; CMS systems like WordPress.
