Job Description
We are looking for an HR manager to lead our People and Talent team in order to grow our super star team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, onboarding, wage reviews and learning and people development. You should have knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or similar;
- 3 years experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team;
- Experience in a Tech company;
- Knowledge of Portuguese labour law and payroll;
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy;
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws;
Nice to have
You don’t need to have knowledge in the following item, but if you have, it will be a bonus:
- Experience in educating and coaching staff;
